Kelly Services is partnering with a leading equipment company who is looking for a Title & Registration Administrator in Milford, MA.
- Shift: 8-5pm
- Pay: $27 per hour
Responsibility:
- Process title and registrations for earthmoving, power systems, and vocational truck equipment.
- Transmittal of sales information to Caterpillar.
- Communication of warranty information to warranty department.
- Creation of asset ID numbers.
- Receiving of equipment from Caterpillar and Allied vendors
- Monitor internal work flow email inbox.
- Prompt response to incoming calls and return of voice messages.
- Responsible for proactively establishing positive working relationships with others by demonstrating excellent behavior, flexibility and effective communication skills.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Archiving of documents in electronic form.
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Solid understanding of finance principles and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and urgency in meeting customer expectations.
