Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21 – $24.15/hr

Shifts:

1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm
2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm
3rd Shift – Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm-6:00am

What’s a typical day as Clean and Pack Operator? You’ll be:

  • Cleaning finished parts to meet strict company standards

  • Packaging products accurately according to requirements

  • Labeling and staging shipments for delivery

  • Ensuring all parts are properly documented and ready for shipment

  • Supporting material flow across production areas

  • Moving materials and staging work to assist the production team

  • Maintaining organized and efficient workspaces

  • Focusing on accuracy, organization, and quality to support production flow

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills (must-have)

  • Can follow instructions and meet deadlines (must-have)

  • Are a team player willing to support various production areas (must-have)

  • Have previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred, but not required)

  • Have previous clean room experience (preferred)
