Picker / Warehouse Associate
Location: Hilliard, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Position Overview
Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Warehouse Associate for our Hilliard, Ohio location. The incumbent will be responsible for accurately selecting, sorting, and preparing orders, and for ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate works effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pull products based on customer orders or pick lists
- Verify item quantities and order accuracy
- Sort and organize materials in assigned warehouse locations
- Package and label orders for processing and shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts as required
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Meet established daily productivity and quality standards
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
- Capability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic computer skills are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
