Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts, handling inventory, and assisting with daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and safe movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move products in accordance with operational and safety guidelines.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organization.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license required.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar warehouse role preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
