Job Title: Machine Operators
Required Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or machine operation experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines that produce credit cards and package envelopes into boxes.
- Stand for 12-hour shifts while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure material flows meet production schedules and business objectives.
- Learn and adapt quickly to new machines and processes as needed.
- Manage tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of production goals.
- Identify and resolve challenges in the production process to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine heavy lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
