Shift: Night Shift – 6 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: The 2-2-3 Rotation
- Week 1: Work Tuesday & Wednesday; Off Thursday & Friday; Work Saturday, Sunday, & Monday.
- Week 2: Off Tuesday & Wednesday; Work Thursday & Friday; Off Saturday, Sunday, & Monday.
- Note: Candidates hired for the night shift will begin their training and regular duties on the night schedule.

Job Summary
Our client is a leading adhesives provider focusing on perfecting adhesives and sealants across all industries throughout the world.
This immediate opportunity in Walker, MI, offers a dynamic work environment with the potential for transition onto our clients W2 after contract completion.
Role Description:
- Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying and transporting the correct quantities to the production area, reporting any deviations, and documenting processes.
- Consistently maintain material levels for all machines and mixers
- Repack materials; direct hands-on material handling
- Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operations and maintain desired production rates.
- Consistent and efficient hi-lo operations
- Check labels and packaging materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Package final products in line with high-quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Complete additional duties as requested by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting is required.
- Packout and general operation support experience.
- Chemical and specialized mixing experience is a priority
- Periodically wear a respirator.
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
- Experience in an industrial environment and warehouse operations
