Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Material Handler to work at a premier manufacturing client in Ward Hill, MA.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 1st  Monday- Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, and processing items for storage or shipment according to procedures and customer requirements
  

• Receiving materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying quality, type, and quantity, and reviewing accompanying documentation such as packing lists
  

• Working in various temperature-controlled environments including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room settings
  

• Safely operating distribution equipment and powered industrial trucks as required
  

• Communicating and collaborating with internal personnel to maintain high-quality standards and prevent schedule delays

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  

• Bring 1-2 years of related experience; logistics experience in life sciences is a plus
  

• Are able to follow policies and procedures independently and accurately
  

• Possess basic computer skills for navigating ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software
  

• Can operate powered industrial trucks at various heights (training provided)
  

• Are comfortable performing repetitive work, walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures
  

• Demonstrate strong attendance and readiness to start work on time
