Position Summary
Production Technicians monitor, operate, and maintain equipment, facilities, and field operations while ensuring quality standards and adherence to established operating procedures. Team members rotate through various responsibilities based on seasonal production needs and may support control room operations, field activities, harvesting, packaging, warehousing, and maintenance functions.
Essential Details
- Pay Rate: $19.50 + Shift Differentials
- Shift: Rotating shifts 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
- Resume required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to:
- Walk and stand for extended periods
- Climb stairs and work in elevated areas
- Lift, push, and pull up to 60 pounds regularly
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Work in environments with heat, cold, dust, mud, rain, pollen, insects, and other agricultural conditions

- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts and extended hours during peak seasons
- Must maintain flexibility to support changing production needs
