Available Shifts

  • Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:25 PM – 1:55 AM

  • Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with strong 3-axis machining experience. Candidates with Haas or Fanuc controls experience and setup expertise are highly preferred. This role is ideal for motivated machinists who thrive in a precision aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines per blueprints and specifications

  • Work with lathes, grinders, multi-axis mills, and related equipment

  • Select, align, and secure tooling, fixtures, and materials

  • Perform manual inspections using calipers, micrometers, and similar tools

  • Identify and troubleshoot machining issues; adjust machine settings as needed

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

  • Support training and mentorship of junior machinists and program participants

  • Demonstrate strong work ethic and professionalism

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience running 3-axis CNC machines

  • Experience with Haas or Fanuc controls preferred

  • Proven experience with machine setup, including probing and manual indexing (required)

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

  • Strong inspection and measurement skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining (highly desirable)

  • Background in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years as a fully qualified machinist

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • CNC training program participation is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to mentor and support new employees
