Location: Burlington, WA Pay: $20.00/hr (Day) | $21.50/hr (Night) Schedule: 6a–6p or 6p–6a | 3?on / 2?off rotating Type: Full?time | Temp?to?Hire (90 days)

Job Overview
We are hiring Production Associates for both day and night shifts. This is a fast?paced, hands?on role in the Press Department, supporting the front and back end of production.
You will:
- Load materials into production equipment
- Monitor production flow and ensure accuracy
- Measure, inspect, and verify product quality
- Band, package, and prepare wood stacks for shipment
- Communicate with team members via 2?way radio
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation to Burlington
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast?paced, warm environment (industrial fans & AC provided)
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions
- Experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, labor, or restaurant work is a plus
- Interest in long?term employment and advancement opportunities
