Production & General Operators Needed

Pay & Schedule

  • 1st Shift: $19.50/hr

  • 2nd & 3rd Shift: $21.50/hr

  • 36 – 48+ hours per week with overtime opportunities

  • Seasonal positions with potential to work through harvest and packaging seasons

What You’ll Do
As a General Operator, you’ll support a variety of production, warehouse, packaging, and agricultural operations throughout the year, including:

  • Seed processing, packaging, and inventory management

  • Warehouse and forklift operations

  • Loading/unloading materials

  • Quality inspections and data entry

  • Harvest support and crop handling

  • General facility upkeep and 5S activities

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to lift up-to 60 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift

  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Forklift experience is a plus

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Resume required

  • Steel-toe boots required

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

  • Tobacco-free facility (no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco onsite)
