Job Posting: Temp-to-Hire General Production Laborer

Location: Independence, MO
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Company Overview:
Join a well-established manufacturer of concrete forms seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a General Production Laborer position with strong temp-to-hire potential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of concrete forms

  • Perform general labor tasks including moving, lifting, and assembling materials

  • Consistently lift up to 75 lbs throughout the shift

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • Ability to consistently lift up to 75 lbs

  • Previous industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to follow instructions and safety policies
