Pick and Pack Worker – Warehouse Associate
Location: Adamo Dr, Tampa, FL 33619
Assignment Period: June 2026 – August 2026
Type: Temporary, Possible Temp-to-Perm
Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm
Work Boots Required: Steel Toed
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fill orders for shipment to customers/divisions.
- Load/unload common carriers and company vehicles.
- Assemble customer orders to be shipped via UPS/LTL.
- Process shipping paperwork:
- Verify merchandise
- Apply correct postage tape
- Complete BOL for LTL shipments
- Follow customer instructions
- Insure shipments when needed
- Gather and verify orders in carts, count and record total merchandise shipped.
- Pack orders and arrange containers according to truck route.
- Verify quantities and items against invoices.
- Substitute for other warehouse personnel as needed.
- Operate scanners for Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Pick and put away material after receipt.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attendance record required.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- General knowledge of electrical products.
- Effective communication with co-workers.
- Basic math skills for job tasks.
- Organized and able to prioritize job requirements.
Requirements:
- Steel-toed boots required.

- Stand up reach truck
