Shift: 3rd 6pm-6am

What’s a typical day as Press Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating and maintaining fin press machines for heat exchanger fin production
  

• Setting up, running, inspecting, and troubleshooting the press line to ensure quality and efficiency
  

• Loading and threading metal coils (aluminum/copper) into machines, ensuring proper alignment and feed
  

• Adjusting machine settings—speed, pressure, die alignment, lubricant flow—for optimal performance
  

• Performing in-process inspections using gauges, micrometers, and visual checks for quality verification
  

• Monitoring coil and fin quality to identify burrs, misfeeds, or tooling wear
  

• Performing basic maintenance such as lubrication, die cleaning, and filter replacement
  

• Assisting with die changes and setups, adhering to safety protocols
  

• Recording production data accurately and timely
  

• Collaborating with maintenance and tooling staff to resolve issues
  

• Maintaining a safe and clean work area, following all company safety and 5S standards
  

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and scrap reduction

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have prior experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery (fin press or similar preferred)
  

• Are comfortable working on a 3rd shift schedule
  

• Can perform basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
  

• Are detail-oriented and able to conduct quality inspections using gauges and micrometers
  

• Understand and follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and machine guarding requirements
  

• Are a reliable team player with strong communication skills
