Salary:  $40.00 – $45.00 Hourly
Shift:  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (flexibility possible)
Duration: 100% Onsite, 12-month assignment.  No relocation offered for this role.

What’s a typical day as Financial Analyst? You’ll be:

• Conducting in-depth analyses such as variance, cost, profitability, and trend analysis to support business decision-making.
  

• Assisting with the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, gathering and validating data with stakeholders.
  

• Preparing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with accounting principles and internal policies.
  

• Identifying operational improvement and cost reduction opportunities by analyzing workflow and operational data.
  

• Developing and maintaining financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations.
  

• Defining and tracking KPIs to measure financial health and performance, preparing dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  

• Collaborating across departments to gather financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting (required).
  

• Bring at least 3 years of experience in financial planning or business analysis.
  

• Possess advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
  

• Have experience with, or can quickly learn, systems such as PLN, HFM, SAP, SQL, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar tools.
  

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  

• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
  

• Are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  

• Can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
