Job Description:
Kelly is seeking a proactive and dependable Assembly Worker to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or production environments and will play a key part in ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Build and assemble displays for retail stores according to specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools as necessary, including minimal and infrequent use of a panel saw.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work setting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools (panel saw use is light and rarely required).
