Estamos buscando Associate Mfg Process Technicians confiable y orientado a los detalles para unirse al equipo de Juncos, PR. Bajo supervisión directa, desempeñará tareas en el área de manufactura conforme a los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar, apoyando las operaciones diarias en un entorno regulado.

Salario: $12.00ph

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Realizar el mantenimiento rutinario y limpieza de equipos.

  • Preparar y configurar el equipo para su funcionamiento.

  • Gestionar operaciones de soporte interno (abastecimiento, autoclave, control de inventario).

  • Asistir en los procesos y operaciones de manufactura.

  • Preparar medios y soluciones tampón y/o dispensar materias primas, registrando transacciones con exactitud.

  • Operar sistemas automatizados y de monitoreo del edificio, según se requiera.

  • Podrá actuar como representante de seguridad del equipo.

  • Comprender y cumplir con todos los procedimientos.

  • Documentar todas las actividades de acuerdo con las Buenas Prácticas de Documentación (GDP).

  • Cumplir con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (cGMP) y los requisitos de seguridad.

Conocimientos y Habilidades

  • Conocimiento básico de procedimientos técnicos/funcionales aplicables a los procesos de manufactura.

  • Capacidad para aplicar habilidades laborales básicas y procedimientos estándar.

  • Experiencia en realizar tareas rutinarias de soporte de laboratorio y en el uso de equipos especializados.

  • Reconocer y reportar cuando las tareas se desvían de las prácticas habituales.

Requisitos 

  • Experiencia previa en industria médica o farmaceútica, especialmente bajo normas GMP.

  • Diploma de cuarto año

  • Disposición para trabajar en cualquier turno asignado, incluidos turnos nocturnos o fines de semana.

Habilidades

  • Competente en MS Office, uso de correo electrónico y entrenamiento basado en computadora (CBT).

  • Capacidad para montar, desmontar, operar y mantener equipos según los procedimientos.

  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y gran atención al detalle.

  • Manejo del idioma inglés

  • Destrezas de documentación.
