Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a 2nd shift Office Assistant for the Logistics Department for a Manufacturing Warehouse in Salisbury, NC
Shift:
2nd Shift : 2:30pm – 11:00pm (with possible overtime requirements)
Monday – Friday with Over Time required when needed.
Possibly need to train on 1st shift.
Payrate:
· $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)
· Weekly Pay every Friday
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain departmental expense budget spreadsheet to correctly show monthly status.
• Submittal of back charge reports.
• Reconcile expense budget against accounting charges and update YTD spending charts.
• Submittal of various from such as associate action, service desk, disposals, shipment requests, etc.
• Create weekly capital project budget status and issue report to appropriate members.
• Document scanning and electronic filing.
• Scheduling of events such as meetings, trainings, etc.
• Update team calendar and on call list as well as inventory and maintain appropriate levels of various office equipment as well as annual fixed asset inventory.
Qualifications:
• Preferably 3 or more years of relevant experience.
• Accounting, asset tracking, or other bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
• Have effective written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Steel toe shoes required
