What’s a typical day as Plant Office Clerk? You’ll be:
• Operating office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers while reporting to the Office Manager.
• Answering telephones, directing calls, and taking messages to ensure effective communication.
• Maintaining and updating filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems accurately and efficiently.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in an office environment is preferred.
• Are proficient in data entry and have strong organizational skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers and employees effectively.
