Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (2nd Shift)
Location: Tucson, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hr 


Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Associate on our 2nd Shift dispenser build team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and compliant production of high-quality medical devices in alignment with industry standards.


Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Operate and maintain production equipment

  • Monitor workflows to ensure product quality and consistency

  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations

  • Assist with troubleshooting equipment and process improvements

  • Complete documentation as required for compliance and traceability

  • Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • 0–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven problem-solving abilities

  • Familiarity with industry best practices

Preferred Experience

  • Previous work experience in diagnostics or pharmaceutical manufacturing
