Forklift Operator | $19/hr | 4-Day Work Week | Bloomfield, NY

Kelly Services is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity in Bloomfield, NY.

This position is ideal for candidates who have experience operating propane forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, recycling, or distribution environment. The role involves loading and unloading trailers, moving materials throughout the facility, and supporting warehouse operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM- 3 day weekend!
  

• 40 hours per week

Pay:

• $19.00 per hour

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a propane forklift throughout the facility
  

• Load and unload trailers
  

• Transport materials to designated warehouse locations
  

• Stack and organize pallets safely and efficiently
  

• Shrink wrap and prepare materials for shipment
  

• Complete daily forklift inspections and equipment checks
  

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  

• Assist warehouse operations as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience preferred
  

• Experience loading and unloading trailers
  

• Ability to safely handle oversized, irregular, and non-standard loads
  

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  

• Strong attention to safety and surroundings
  

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  

• Reliable transportation required
  

• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
