Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no overtime)
• Compensation: $21.75 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Enter and maintain information for PDC reports using Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel for tracking, analyzing, and updating data related to dealer returns, credits, and productivity metrics
• Perform a range of administrative duties, including manual and electronic filing, printing, and organizing documentation required for operations and compliance
• Act as a primary liaison between automotive dealers and the Parts Distribution Center, responding to dealer inquiries and supporting dealer claims
• Coordinate and track monthly dealer returns, including approval of credit requests, ongoing communication regarding returns, and ensuring timely carrier pickups
• Process inbound and outbound carrier damage claims, investigate discrepancies in returned shipments, and ensure all claims are properly documented and resolved
• Occasionally visit the distribution floor to investigate missing items and support operational needs

Qualifications:
• Excellent computer skills
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel
• Eagerness to learn new processes and programs (training provided)
• Strong customer-focused mindset, with willingness to engage and resolve issues
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
