Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Forklift Operator to work at a premier agricultural industry leader in Plymouth, IN. 

Pay Rate: 1st shift: $19.00/hr | 2nd shift: $20.00/hr

Shifts: 1st shift: 6:00a-2:30p | 2nd shift: 2:00p-10:30p

Candidates must have the flexibility to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed. Shift assignments may vary depending on business needs and training requirements.

What’s a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating forklifts professionally and safely, ensuring accident-free work
  

• Conducting daily forklift inspections and maintaining equipment cleanliness
  

• Accurately tracking and managing the location of goods using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  

• Ensuring accurate data entry within the WMSystem
  

• Performing additional manual warehouse tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift (preferred)
  

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  

• Are flexible with schedules and open to working both 1st and 2nd shifts as needed, including possible overtime and weekends
  

• Can communicate effectively in English
  

• Are willing and able to comply with safety requirements, including proper footwear and attire
  

• Can pass a background check and drug test prior to starting
  

• Are comfortable with hands-on demonstrations and onsite interviews
