Location: Onsite, Tiffin, OH 44883

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM

About the Role

Join Kelly Services as a Production Operator and become an essential part of our manufacturing team. You’ll support machine operations, assist with assembly, and ensure high standards of safety and quality in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate presses, assist machine operators, and remove parts from press

  • Separate parts from scrap, assemble and package parts

  • Follow plant safety guidelines and utilize personal protective equipment

  • Maintain regular attendance

  • Work efficiently as part of a team and communicate clearly

  • Interpret company work orders and job control procedures

  • Package parts, label them, and move totes/skids to storage or the next operation

  • Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe

  • Report any unsafe behavior or situation

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by your leader

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3–6 months relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to read, write, and interpret documents (safety rules, operating instructions, blueprints)

  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to use a tape measure

  • Effective communication skills

  • Essential physical requirements:

    • Standing/walking for 8–12 hours

    • Moderate noise exposure

    • Bending, twisting, turning

    • Full use of both hands

    • Close and distance vision

    • Regularly working near moving mechanical parts
