Job Title: Recruiter I (HR Recruiter – Temp, $25–$30/hr, Potential for Permanent Placement)
About the Opportunity:
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with game-changing companies? We’re looking for a driven Recruiter I to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic temporary position—with the real possibility to become permanent—for someone enthusiastic about making an impact in the world of recruiting.
What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best candidates for industrial, pharmaceutical, and contract manufacturing roles

  • Actively source and attract skilled candidates using cutting-edge strategies and modern sourcing tools

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide great talent through the hiring process

  • Build strong relationships with both managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience

  • Stay on top of industry trends, proactively sourcing for both current and future talent needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on recruiting experience preferred (but if you have a relevant degree, it may count toward the experience!)

  • Proven industry recruiting experience: industrial, pharmaceutical, or contract manufacturing roles

  • Experience sourcing talent using professional networks, job boards, and innovative recruiting platforms

  • A passion for matching people with their dream jobs and supporting company growth
