    What’s a typical day as a Project Control Specialist? You’ll be:

    • Lead all project controls functions including scheduling, cost forecasting, and progress measurement throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Prepare, maintain, and analyze detailed project estimates and forecasts; ensure accuracy in corporate outlook models and cash flow projections.

    • Coordinate and provide guidance on contract oversight, compliance, and document management systems (e.g., Unifier).

    • Interface closely with project teams, corporate finance, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate reporting and data management.

    • Identify project risks early, monitor performance indicators, recommend solutions, and develop action plans to support construction efforts.


    This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, engineering, construction, project management, or related field.

  • Prior experience in project controls for major projects, including cost and resource-loaded scheduling.

  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software and earned value management.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve moderately to highly complex project problems.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder and agency interaction.
