Clamp Forklift Operator – Immediate Openings

Location: Fairburn, GA
Pay Rates:

  • 1st Shift (6/7:00 AM – 3:30 PM): $18.50/hour

  • 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM): $19.75/hour (Overtime Mandatory)

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Clamp Forklift Operators to join our team. In this role, you will safely move, stack, and organize large items—primarily appliances—using clamp equipment. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate clamp forklifts to move and store materials

  • Handle appliances and other large/bulky items with care

  • Stack and organize inventory accurately

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

MUST Have

  • Previous clamp forklift experience (required)

  • Experience handling appliances or similar large materials

  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment

  • Reliable transportation to Fairburn, GA

  • Steel-toe shoes (required for interview and work)

  • Strong attention to safety and detail

  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures

  • Dependable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have a valid, active driver’s license (not suspended or revoked)

Interview & Skills Assessment

During the interview, you will be asked to demonstrate:

  • Proper use of clamp equipment and controls

  • Safe driving practices and equipment handling

  • Ability to clamp and move materials correctly

  • Awareness of warehouse safety protocols

Candidates who successfully demonstrate key skills will be selected for training. Experience stacking multiple units is a plus.
