About the Role:
Kelly Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Operator for a leading company located in Statesville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency and be comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
- Safely stack and organize products within the warehouse or storage areas.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues as needed.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and production teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of forklift operation experience required
- Valid forklift operator certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
