Pay: $22.00/Hour
Job Type: Temporary Assignment (3–6 Months) with Potential for Temp-to-Hire

Are you looking for an opportunity with a well-known beverage manufacturer? We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Technicians to join a fast-paced production team. Schedule

Day Shift

Monday – Thursday
4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Four 10-hour shifts per week
No weekends
40 hours per week

Start and end times may vary based on production needs.

Compensation & Benefits
$22.00 per hour
Weekly pay

Job Responsibilities
Safely operate production and packaging equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Perform routine quality inspections throughout the production process
Complete product and packaging changeovers
Ensure raw materials are available and properly utilized to prevent production downtime
Accurately complete quality, production, and operational documentation
Track and record pallet numbers and production information
Verify products and packaging components match production schedules and specifications
Monitor product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process
Follow food safety, quality assurance, and SQF requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams
Promptly report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to safely handle production materials and equipment
Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment
