What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative I? You’ll be:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Using your computer and tech skills to create sheets, navigate Microsoft and Google Suites, and efficiently manage information
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Reporting directly to the Customer Support Supervisor or designated manager
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer support or service environment (required)
- Are computer and tech savvy, with significant experience creating sheets and navigating Microsoft and Google Suites (must have)
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills (must have)
- Can problem-solve effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment (must have)
