Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00–$22.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday-Friday | 9:30AM – 6:00PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as Tool Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Coordinating all aspects of service tools going to customer sites and returning them to the company

  • Preparing, maintaining, and improving tool kits for field service engineers for installation, maintenance, and repair projects throughout North America

  • Using SIS/SAP to coordinate shipment and return of all kits via UPS, Pilot, or common carriers

  • Assembling field service engineers’ personal toolboxes and supporting tool calibration processes

  • Keeping installation coordinators and schedulers informed of tool kit availability

  • Performing issue/receipt transactions in SAP for tools coming in/out of stock

  • Supporting affiliates in Mexico and Canada with tool shipments and stocking

  • Following up on missing, lost, or damaged tools with customers and engineers

  • Maintaining an orderly workspace and storage areas

  • Assisting with administrative functions, projects, and shop floor tasks as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have prior experience in material handling or storage environments (required)

  • Possess good written and oral communication skills in English

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Have a high school diploma with a minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience (required)

  • Are familiar with SAP, SIS, and related inventory management systems (strongly preferred)

  • Can lift items up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks

  • Excel at organization, teamwork, and proactive communication
