Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00–$22.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday-Friday | 9:30AM – 6:00PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as Tool Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Coordinating all aspects of service tools going to customer sites and returning them to the company
- Preparing, maintaining, and improving tool kits for field service engineers for installation, maintenance, and repair projects throughout North America
- Using SIS/SAP to coordinate shipment and return of all kits via UPS, Pilot, or common carriers
- Assembling field service engineers’ personal toolboxes and supporting tool calibration processes
- Keeping installation coordinators and schedulers informed of tool kit availability
- Performing issue/receipt transactions in SAP for tools coming in/out of stock
- Supporting affiliates in Mexico and Canada with tool shipments and stocking
- Following up on missing, lost, or damaged tools with customers and engineers
- Maintaining an orderly workspace and storage areas
- Assisting with administrative functions, projects, and shop floor tasks as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior experience in material handling or storage environments (required)
- Possess good written and oral communication skills in English
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have a high school diploma with a minimum two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- Are familiar with SAP, SIS, and related inventory management systems (strongly preferred)
- Can lift items up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Excel at organization, teamwork, and proactive communication
