Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.00 – $40.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a Human Resources Generalist? You’ll be:
- Partnering with business leaders to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies
- Developing strong, supportive relationships with key operational leaders and conducting weekly meetings with business units
- Consulting with management, providing HR policy guidance and resolving employee relations issues
- Analyzing HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations matters, including investigations
- Advising on workforce planning, succession planning, staffing levels, and talent development
- Identifying training and coaching needs, and supporting new hires, promotions, and transfers
- Assisting with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
- Participating in various HR projects and initiatives as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or comparable work experience
- Possess experience in supporting HR processes within a family-owned business environment (preferred)
- Are knowledgeable in multiple human resources disciplines, including compensation, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, diversity, and employment law
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Excel in analytical, critical thinking, and business judgment abilities
- Are a committed team player who values open, honest interactions and demonstrates independence and proactive goal-setting
