TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY!
We are hiring an Mechanical Assembler for a leading manufacturing and engineering company specializing in industrial mixing equipment and agitation solutions. This is a hands-on, mechanically focused role suited for someone who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and precision assembly.

Location: Steeles Ave W & Tobram Rd, Brampton
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: Straight Days – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical components including taper, split, and roller bearings
  

• Perform mechanical seal installations and shaft alignment
  

• Fit and fasten components including bolts and hardware
  

• Carry out drilling and tapping tasks using hydraulic and manual drills
  

• Complete general mechanical assembly duties
  

• Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers and drills
  

• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
  

• Experience working with Metal is preferred

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on mechanical experience
  

• Proven practical skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  

• Ability to use basic and hydraulic tools safely and effectively
  

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
  

• High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  

• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in equipment assembly or industrial machinery
  

• Leadership or mentoring experience on the shop floor
