Job Title: Production Services Coordinator (Bioprocess Manufacturing Tech)
Location: Oceanside, CA
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

Join us and help manufacture life-changing medicines in a highly automated, cGMP-regulated production environment. As a Production Services Coordinator , you’ll support Manufacturing Bioprocess by preparing raw materials, sterilizing equipment, performing environmental monitoring, and maintaining accurate production documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, weigh, and aliquot raw materials following SOPs.

  • Prepare small-scale production solutions.

  • Wash, sterilize, and assemble manufacturing equipment.

  • Perform environmental monitoring.

  • Complete manufacturing documentation in compliance with cGMP.

  • Operate automated production equipment.

  • Follow safety and quality procedures.

  • Report equipment issues or process deviations.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.

  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, food manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Familiarity with cGMP.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a cleanroom environment requiring protective gowning, including gloves, hair covering, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes.
