Direct Hire
1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Salary: $72,000-$82,000K + Bonus Opportunity
What’s a typical day as a Distribution Center Supervisor? You’ll be:
- Leading and supervising warehouse associates in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center
- Driving productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance metrics
- Coaching, developing, and holding team members accountable to expectations and standards
- Monitoring daily workflow and adjusting staffing to meet business demands
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions
- Partnering with leadership to achieve operational goals and meet customer requirements
- Conducting employee training, performance discussions, and corrective actions as needed
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment (required)
- Can demonstrate a proven track record of driving results and leading high-performing teams
- Possess strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Have experience managing productivity, attendance, quality, and performance expectations
- Are comfortable using warehouse management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
