Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Houston TX 77003

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• 5-7 years of business analysis or related experience
• Experience with Workforce, Survey123, Big Query, SAP, and Power BI preferred
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of business processes, planning, resource allocation, and production methods

Responsibilities:
• Maintain vendor relationships and support non-IT business projects
• Support project processes including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget tracking
• Review Survey123 exceptions and perform quality checks on records
• Develop understanding of ACI survey information stored in Workforce, Survey123, and Big Query databases
• Perform QA reviews on Workforce and Survey123 information
• Respond to ACI inspection audit requests
• Track inspection requirements, assignments, completed surveys, and active contractors by area
• Request additional work assignments to be loaded into Workforce as needed
• Use Workforce and Survey123 applications and troubleshoot field issues
• Analyze information and support business reporting activities
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
