Polisher – Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Polish and finish metal faucets and fixtures to meet quality standards

  
  

• Operate polishing lathes, buffing machines, and sandblasting equipment

  
  

• Grind, smooth, and prepare metal surfaces for the coating process

  
  

• Use hand tools such as scrapers and chisels when needed

  
  

• Inspect finished parts under bright lighting for scratches, cracks, and small imperfections

  
  

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required

  
  

• At least 1 year of production experience required

  
  

• Metal polishing, buffing, or finishing experience required.

  
  

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

  
  

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

  
  

• Must be willing to wear PPE, including dust mask, eye protection, and safety footwear

  
  

• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply; English is not required
