Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.00 per hour
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift (scheduled between 8am–8pm)
Locations: Pittsburgh, PA | Raleigh, NC | Phoenix, AZ | Orlando, FL

What’s a typical day as Quality Analyst? You’ll be:
- Monitoring contact center interactions to objectively score, calibrate, and evaluate recorded calls, other interactions, and documentation for high patient experience standards
- Working independently to set expectations and ensure compliance with documented business rules, SOPs, and work instructions
- Supporting leadership and compliance teams with the implementation of recommendations and monitoring adverse event compliance
- Collaborating with program leadership on training, certification, and maintaining records of annual trainings and recertification of adverse event protocols and updates
- Auditing documentation to verify process adherence and supporting the operations management team to provide coaching opportunities based on quality results
- Assisting with data checks, process analyses, and special projects, as well as devising and analyzing patient experience and compliance metrics
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Bring at least 2 years’ experience in healthcare management or a healthcare contact center setting
- Possess prior experience in pharmacy, HUB service provider, or the healthcare industry
- Have experience with call monitoring and documentation review
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, independent judgment, initiative, and exceptional time management skills
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with logical, clear, and consistent messaging
- Can manage multiple projects and deliverables efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Live within 1.5 hours of one of the job locations listed above.
