Job Title: Document Scanner Assistant (previous document scanning or clerical experience preferred)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30318
Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Pay: $18.00/hr

Overview

Our client in the document solutions industry is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Document Scanner Assistants in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing various documents in a high-volume, production-based environment.


We currently have openings for several roles, including:

  • Warehouse Associate / Material Handler: Responsible for opening client boxes, scanning barcodes, and transporting documents to cutter operators.

  • Machine / Cutter Operator: Operates machines that cut binders and books.

  • Document Scanner: Scans customer documents, including books, binders, and loose papers.

  • Quality Control Specialist: Ensures all scanned documents are properly aligned and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, clips, and bindings.

  • Operate high-speed scanning equipment efficiently and accurately.

  • Review scanned images for quality assurance.

  • Index scanned documents using specific naming conventions.

  • Maintain organization of scanned files for digital storage.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Previous experience in document scanning or clerical work preferred.

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning software.

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
