Position: Printer Operator
System Title: Operator Associate 1
Location: Moorhead, MN
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Pay Rate: $22.72 per hour
Schedule: 7 AM – 7 PM, rotating schedule including weekends

Job Summary:
Join our client’s manufacturing team in Moorhead as a Printer Operator! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment used to apply designs, logos, or product information onto molded fiber products. You’ll ensure high-quality print output, support continuous workflow, and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines safely and consistently above standard levels

  • Troubleshoot and correct machine issues, ensuring efficient operation

  • Inspect products; identify and resolve defects through machine adjustments

  • Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately

  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding health, safety, and quality concerns

  • Follow established company rules, policies, and safety regulations

  • Maintain flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment highly preferred

  • Ability to follow detailed operating instructions

  • Skilled manual dexterity and quick hand/eye coordination

  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving equipment and machine noise

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer and troubleshooting skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Knowledge of product quality standards

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Positive, professional attitude
