Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.80/hour
Shifts available :
2nd shift 3:30 pm–11:30pm and 3rd shift 11:30pm – 7:30am
- Must be able to train on 1st shift. Comfortable on your feet for 8-hour shifts.

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:
- Collaborating with a team to manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
- Following clear work instructions and quality procedures to ensure top-notch results
- Using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Rotating through various tasks and departments to continuously build new skills
- Maintaining safety and quality as your top priorities
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (trade school or military experience is a plus)
- Are reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Are comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts and lifting or positioning parts up to 25 lbs.
- Are eager to learn and thrive in a team environment
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction is helpful, but not required
