Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34.59/hour

Hybrid role - (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home).

What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant III? You’ll be:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to two or three Senior Directors and their teams.

  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling internal and off-site meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Preparing and managing expense reports, documents, and file organization.

  • Planning and executing large cross-functional meetings, team building events, and milestone celebrations.

  • Handling confidential correspondence and exercising sound judgment in all interactions.

  • Communicating proactively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Staying ahead of deadlines, company policies, and department priorities—providing guidance and reminders as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced or highly regulated environment.

  • Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiar with online purchase order and travel arrangement systems.

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and build relationships effectively.

  • Work independently, handle sensitive information discretely, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
