Project Manager
Pay: $54/hr
Location: Mesa, AZ

Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing projects of varying complexity and size within designated functional areas. This role partners with business stakeholders to ensure successful completion and execution of projects. The Project Manager will lead multiple projects, drive project planning sessions, and guide teams toward achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects from inception to completion.

  • Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope and objectives.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to establish clear project performance goals.

  • Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and monitor performance against goals and schedules.

  • Identify, track, and collaborate to resolve project issues.

  • Monitor and communicate project status regularly to project teams.

  • Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.

  • Provide input into project plan and timeline design and development.

  • Manage project risk using quality management tools; identify areas of concern and work with teams to develop solutions or alternatives.

  • Document and share team learnings with other teams; leverage experience from past projects to enhance new project outcomes.

  • Maintain project notes, databases, and records.

  • Measure and communicate project progress with Project Sponsors and other stakeholders.

  • Identify and assign appropriate resources to meet project objectives.

  • Guide and coach team members through various stages of the project; deliver developmental feedback to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience managing projects of varying complexity and size.

  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.

  • Proficiency in relevant project management tools and systems.
