Customer Processor Sr LC Associate:
Position: Customer Processor Sr LC Associate
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $19.50/hr
Summary:
We are seeking experienced associates with strong customer service skills for a senior-level, warehouse-based role. This position requires significant data entry to process units across multiple systems, as well as hands-on material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and process units in multiple internal systems
- Handle material movement, including receiving, packing, and shipping parts
- Perform general warehouse functions and inventory tasks
- Communicate professionally with vendors and carriers
- Set up Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and schedule carrier pickups
- Complete other tasks as delegated by management or supervision
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle physical tasks
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with vendor/carrier relations and logistics is a plus
Additional Notes:
While the role is customer service-oriented, the majority of duties are warehouse-based and involve physical material handling.
