Job Title: Production Operator (First & Second Shift, Entry Level)
Location: Onsite
Schedule: 7am – 3:30pm/3pm – 1:30am
Compensation: First ($17-$19) & Second ($19-$21)

1st Shift – $17-$21 per hour depending on experience
2nd Shift – $19 -$21 per hour depending on experience

What’s a typical day as Production Operator I? You’ll be:
- Performing production, assembly, and general labor tasks focused on door manufacturing.
- Conducting visual quality checks on stacks of doors, identifying and repairing defects using hand tools such as glue guns, palm sanders, sanding blocks, chisels, and putty knives.
- Restacking approved doors, pushing pallets and door stacks on conveyors, and preparing doors for paint booths.
- Documenting unrepairable doors and collaborating closely with other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Operating in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with continuous focus on visual inspection and defect identification.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience or interest in production, assembly, or general labor roles—especially in manufacturing environments.
- Can read and interpret work instructions and specifications, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Are skilled in or willing to learn the use of woodworking tools and repair techniques.
- Can manually lift, slide, and flip materials up to 80 lbs, and are comfortable with bending, stooping, twisting, and standing for long periods.
- Thrive in fast-paced settings and communicate effectively with team members to address process-oriented issues quickly.
- Are able to work in environments that may be noisy, dusty, and subject to temperature changes.
