Kelly® is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, WI!

Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Training Required: Candidates must be available to train on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) for several weeks before transitioning to 2nd Shift.
Pay
$17.85/hour
What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in the manufacturing process by:
- Operating manufacturing equipment including stamping, assembly, and machining equipment
- Loading and unloading machines
- Performing detailed quality inspections using gauges and measuring devices
- Packaging finished products
- Following work instructions and production standards
- Utilizing basic computer and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Meeting productivity, quality, and safety goals
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of PLC systems preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, jigs, and fixtures
- Ability to identify product defects and quality concerns
- Ability to stand, move, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
