Kelly® is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, WI!

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Training Required: Candidates must be available to train on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) for several weeks before transitioning to 2nd Shift.

Pay

$17.85/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in the manufacturing process by:

  • Operating manufacturing equipment including stamping, assembly, and machining equipment

  • Loading and unloading machines

  • Performing detailed quality inspections using gauges and measuring devices

  • Packaging finished products

  • Following work instructions and production standards

  • Utilizing basic computer and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems

  • Maintaining a safe work environment

  • Meeting productivity, quality, and safety goals

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Basic computer skills

  • Understanding of PLC systems preferred

  • Ability to use hand tools, jigs, and fixtures

  • Ability to identify product defects and quality concerns

  • Ability to stand, move, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
