Position Details
- Title: Virtual/Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA (remote, within a 2-hour radius of work location)
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (no weekends), must be available between 6am–6pm with occasional extended hours to 11 pm

A Day in the Life
As a Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide compassionate, professional assistance to plan participants via phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Tailor your communication style to meet the needs of diverse individuals, maintaining professionalism even in challenging interactions.
- Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
- Accurately document calls and case notes with attention to detail.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to navigate multiple computer windows
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment within the specified location radius
