Warehouse Operator (Temporary)
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekends may be required based on business needs)
Location Requirements: Steel-toe shoes required

Position Summary
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely deliveries, and a safe, organized work environment while providing high-quality logistics support.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company and OSHA standards
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials following established procedures
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
Pick and stage orders for shipment
Maintain organized and clean storage areas
Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts
Collaborate with quality control inspectors and inventory/stock teams
Support general warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Forklift certification or ability to pass a forklift driving skills test
Knowledge of warehouse practices such as FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and cycle counting
Basic math and computer skills, including the ability to read spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Good communication skills and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
Customer service mindset

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to stand for the entire shift
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)
Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels
Steel-toe shoes required for the entire shift

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in either English or Spanish due to onsite safety requirements
