Schedule: 3rd shift- Thursday – Saturday, alternating Wednesdays, 5:40 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $28.89/hour


About the Role

Kelly Services is seeking a motivated Winder Operator to join our team in Brentwood, NH. As a member of the production crew, you’ll operate two production lines in a fast-paced, continuous operation environment. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality packaging and products for our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate winders, packaging machines, and banding equipment efficiently on both production lines

  • Complete and document quality checks for winder, EDL, and conveyor at designated intervals

  • Monitor alarms, respond to signals, and report equipment or quality concerns

  • Perform clean-up duties, maintain organized work areas, and adhere to safety/housekeeping standards

  • Contribute to safety initiatives, autonomous maintenance, and plant improvement programs

  • Participate in training activities and support development of colleagues

  • Track, manage, and report scrap, seconds, and reworked material

  • Load, stack, and label pallets properly; support product changeover and web break repairs

  • Demonstrate flexibility with job assignments and assist as needed

Skills and Abilities

  • Positive work ethic and strong attention to detail

  • Proven mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate within a team

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and production software

  • Willingness to support and uphold all safety standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Manufacturing/process-related experience preferred

  • Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a drug screening

  • Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts (with breaks), including overtime and rotating schedules

  • Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs, repeated movement, color distinction, and operating in varying environmental conditions (including extreme temperatures, noise, dust/dirt/fumes; PPE provided)

  • Willing to become certified to operate a forklift, if needed
