Kelly® is seeking an Entry-Level Production Operator (Pick and Pack) to join a premier fruit manufacturing and distribution client in Edwardsville, KS. This is an excellent temp-to-hire long-term opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build their career!
Snapshot:
- Location: Edwardsville, KS
- Pay Rate: $17.51/hr
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM – NO Weekends!
- Duration: Excellent temp-to-hire opportunity!
What does a typical day look like?
- Operate production equipment for processing and packaging fruit products—pick and pack
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with quality checks and ensure correct product handling
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at times
- Collaborate as part of a team to meet production goals
Job Specific Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of recent manufacturing experience required
- Prior food manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work Mon–Fri, 3 PM–11:30 PM
- Strong attention to detail and eager to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
